Karan Johar |
Karan Johar, the ace film maker of Bollywood is a diehard perfectionist when it comes to getting the best possible talent available in various areas of film making. Thus when he was on the lookout for the right music composers for his next production which is the remake of Agneepath, he chose to wait till he zeroed in on the right people.
Despite looking for the perfect composers for the music which could match up to the likes of Laxmikant Pyarellal the composers for the original, he was not able to get the satisfactory and required music composers.
It was only when actor Riteish Deshmukh introduced the Marathi duo Atul and Ajay Gogavale, who have become extremely popular due to their renditions in the Marathi ‘Natrang’ to KJO that he was extremely impressed.
The extravagant music created by this new generation duo simply convinced the ace film maker that they were the perfect people who could do justice to the kind of music he and his director Karan Malhotra were looking for, for the film.
Reportedly the newly appointed composers have already made all the necessary decisions as to what and how to go about the huge project in front of them.
They have repeatedly seen the original Agneepath to get the hang of the kind of music that it had, so that they can incorporate something on those lines but with a modern contemporary touch. There is already a plan to keep a signature tune for the pivotal character in the film Vijay Deenanath Chauhan. There are already two or three tunes already finalized for the project as well.
